MPS National Scrapbook Day Challenge #6

Challenge #6:  Incorporate a tag into your project.

For this challenge I did a card that is a present and hanging off of my present is a tag.  I welded the present together using my Gypsy.  This is going to be a perfect birthday card.  I think it came out cute and I LOVE the colors.  Reminds me of Tiffany's!  What girl wouldn't LOVE to get one of those blue little boxes with a white bow?

Receipe:
Present cut out at 5 inches from the Sweethearts cartridge
Tag cut out in blue at 1.75 and white at 1.5 inches
Birthday Girl from My Pink Stampers Pinka-liclous

MPS National Scrapbook Day Challenge #5

Challenge #5: Make any 3-D item.

What I made for my 3-D item is a container to hold ribbon scraps.  I had a couple of bags of ribbon pieces from ends of spools and from gifts or favors that had been given to me.  We had water bottles that had been given to us from previous foundation walks that we had participated in. We had never used them and we were getting ready to recycle them when I thought that I would be able to use it for crafting storage.  All it needed was a little decorating and here is how it turned out.

Receipe:
Patterned Swirl paper: 9.25 x 4.5
Solid purple paper: 9.25 x 3
Ribbon Scraps cut at 2 inches from Lyrical Letters
Prima Flowers with Recollection tiny pastel brads
Ribbon scraps tied to top
Stickles

MPS National Scrapbook Day Challenge #3

Challenge #3:  Make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item with Breast Cancer theme.

I was sooooo excited for this challenge.  Every year for Mother's Day, we head into Philadelphia to do the Susan G. Komen Race for the cure walk.  It is our Mother's Day present to our Mom to all go down as a Family and walk for an INCREDIBLE foundation and horrible disease.  This year it was a little extra special for us since my Aunt was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  She is just finishing up with her radiation treatment and she is doing great!  She is truly an inspiration!

Here is my scrapbook page all ready to pop in pictures from this years walk!  I LOVED the way it turned out!

Sorry about the rotation.  I have no idea why blogger keeps rotating it like that.

MPS National Scrapbook Day Challenge #1!

Robyn over at My Pink Stamper is having 12 different challenges for National Scrapbook Day.  It was a busy weekend for me and I wasn't able to do any crafty things on Saturday or Sunday.  Thankfully, her challenges ran through Monday night and I am getting ready to post just a few challenges that I was able to complete today!  So here is the first one.

Challenge 1: Anything Cupcake!

Here is a cupcake card that I made using my brand new Gypsy!  It took me soooooo long to get everything the same size and to line up.  But now that I know what was causing me all the confusion, it shouldn't take me that long for the next card I do!

I was SOOOOOO EXCITED when I woke up today and there was a package at my door!

The Gypsy has ARRIVED!!!

I am in the processing of getting it all set up and cartridges loaded up.  I can't wait to share my projects with all of you!  I think the first thing I will design with it is decorations for my Niece's Communion gift.  I already made the card and I will post as soon as I get back from watching my Niece's and Nephew!

Hope you are all having a Fabulous day!
